| MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - Jim's Formal Wear | ||||||||||

| Jim's Formal Wear is interested in potential Management Development candidates for employment at one of ten regional distribution centers across the country: | ||||||||||
|
||||||||||
| A 10-12 month training program leads to management placement in one of our ten centers or within the company's retail division. | ||||||||||
| Our program provides specific training in: production control, dealer relations, customer service, retail operations, marketing and resource management. | ||||||||||
| If you possess a bachelor's degree, are self-motivated, work well in a team setting and are willing to work hard, Jim's Formal Wear Company may be for you. | ||||||||||
| Training will take place in our Trenton, IL Service Center - or - by special arrangement at one of our other Service Centers. | ||||||||||

| Dealer Relations Representative (DRR) responsibilities include growing revenues of current customer base; prospecting and developing new accounts through cold calling, referrals and qualified leads; product education; retailer training; sales forecasting and analysis. Extensive overnight travel is required. | ||||||||||
